Clasp Terms of Use

Terms of use

Last updated 31 October 2026

Clasp is provided by Atheriods Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By using Clasp you agree to these terms.

Using Clasp

Clasp lets people who have met in person message, call and share with each other privately. You're responsible for what you send. Don't use Clasp to break the law, to harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or to share content that sexually exploits children, promotes violence, or infringes others' rights.

Articles

Articles are public. You keep the rights to what you write, and you allow us to show it in Clasp and on its web link. Don't publish anything you don't have the right to, and don't impersonate others or the Clasp team. We may hide or remove articles and comments that break these terms.

Blocking and reports

You can block any contact at any time. To report abuse, email support@atheriods.com. Because messages are end-to-end encrypted, we can't see them unless you send them to us.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Clasp secure and available, but it's provided "as is", without warranties. Keep your phone secure: anyone who can unlock your phone and Clasp can read your chats.

Changes and ending

We may update Clasp and these terms. You can stop using Clasp at any time by deleting the app.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
